Technical Terms

Arc length:

Refers to the length of the two curved lines inside and outside the fan-shaped paper sheet. This directly determines the diameter of the top and bottom of the paper cup.

Die cutting and flat cutting:

In addition to mainstream fan-shaped rolls, some small factories or special cup shapes also use flat fan-shaped paper sheets, which are pre cut one by one and require manual or semi-automatic feeding, resulting in lower efficiency.
